At Pixel Storm (“we”, “our”), we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
1) Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
2) Returns we accept (including change of mind)
We accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Unwanted items (ordered the wrong model, not the right fit, etc.)
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect
3) Return conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
- You must provide an order number or proof of purchase
If an item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error, the return may be refused or a partial refund may apply.
4) Return shipping (we cover it)
We provide return shipping at no cost to you, including for change-of-mind returns.
After your return request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
5) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if relevant)
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
(Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post it.)
7) Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, the best option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
