At Pixel Storm (“we”, “our”), we do our best to ship orders quickly and keep you informed from checkout to delivery.

1) Where we ship

2) Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Delivery times (estimates)

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Typical estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 14 days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 5 days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

5) Tracking

When available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans.

6) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

7) Delays

Delivery can occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, high season).
If your order seems stuck, contact us and we’ll help.

8) Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and make it right (replacement or refund depending on the situation).
